MADRID, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o has been included in their squad for Sunday's league match against Deportivo Coruna after recovering from a long-term thigh injury.
The Cameroon international needed surgery on a partial tear of a tendon which he suffered during a friendly against Inter Milan on Aug. 29 and has not played since.
'I feel very good, I've worked hard to get in a position to be able to play and now it just depends on the boss,' the 26-year-old told a news conference on Saturday.
Portugal midfielder Deco was also named in the squad after recovering from a torn thigh muscle sustained in a league match against Villarreal in October.
Mexico forward Giovani dos Santos, Brazilian fullback Silvinho and French defender Lilian Thuram are back in action too, but midfielder Yaya Toure was left out for the Deportivo game due to illness.
Barca are second in the Primera Liga, four points behind leaders Real Madrid.
