Premier Showdown - Dec 1-3

It was a glorious introduction for Soccernet's new supremo of our increasingly popular sites in French, Spanish, Italian and German. Richard Allen stormed to victory for the ROTW - scoring more points that both Dale Johnson and Tommy Smyth combined. Now that's how to win in style!

After a couple of specials we're back to normal for the next round.

Joining us in the game is Sheldon Manning who resides in Trinidad & Tobago, more specifically Princes Town.

Sheldon tells PS: 'I am a Sunderland fan (for obvious reasons: Yorke, Edwards, Jones). I am employed as a Management Consultant with the Ministry of Public Administration in Port of Spain.

'I am 52 years young, happily married and the father of four boys who all love the Premier League.'

Time to play, then!

Each week one of our readers, or an ESPNSoccernet Press Pass viewer, has the chance to challenge our two experts.

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.

Sheldon is home and hosed with a game to spare thanks to his correct scoreline at Ewood Park. And that's the only one in the whole game! It's a low scoring round for sure. The ROTW are creeping up...

Table after Round 15:
Dale: 25
Rest of the World: 13
