Plymouth allowed to approach Sturrock
Swindon director Bob Holt has confirmed manager Paul Sturrock has been granted permission to talk to Championship outfit Plymouth about a return to Home Park.
Sturrock, who led Argyle to two promotions from Coca-Cola League Two to the Championship in a previous four-year spell, has reportedly been locked in talks with the Robins board today in a bid to secure his exit.
Holt told the Swindon Advertiser: 'The club has given Plymouth Argyle permission to approach Paul Sturrock.'
Sturrock's assistants Kevin Summerfield and John Blackley are expected to follow him to Devon.
