Lehmann fit and ready to face Welsh

Jens Lehmann is set to start for Germany against Wales on Saturday after coming through a training session unscathed. The Arsenal goalkeeper has not played since Germany's friendly victory against England on August 22 due to an elbow injury. The setback continued a poor start to the season for the 37-year-old, who made errors in the Gunners' Premier League games against Fulham and Blackburn. Germany coach Joachim Low is hopeful his regular number one is fit for the match in Cardiff. Low said: 'We assume he will train again tomorrow and will play against Wales on Saturday.'
