MUNICH, Germany -- German second-division team 1860 Munich has signed United States forward Josh Wolff on a contract through the end of the 2007-08 season.
Wolff comes from the Kansas City Wizards in the MLS, where he has also played for the Chicago Fire. The Munich club is sixth in the second division and is seeking to return to the top league.
"He is a very experienced player and fits in very well in our team," 1860 Munich general manager Stefan Reuter said Wednesday. "His instinct for goals and his speed will liven up our attack."
