Leicester manager Rob Kelly insists Saturday's extraordinary general meeting to discuss Milan Mandaric's proposed takeover of the club will not effect his side's performance against Preston.
Mandaric, 68, who stepped down at Portsmouth after selling the club to Alexandre Gaydamak in July, has a reported £25million bid for a controlling interest in the Foxes on the table.
Shareholders are set to discuss the offer at an EGM on the morning of Preston's visit to the Walkers Stadium but Kelly is adamant his players will not be distracted by the off-field events when they take to the pitch against North End later in the day.
'It won't affect us. We can't do anything about it so we will concentrate on getting ourselves ready for Preston,' said Kelly.
