TUNIS, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Tunisia coach Roger Lemerre has named five players from African Champions League finalists CS Sfaxien in his 21-man squad for a friendly against Libya on Wednesday.

All five have received previous call-ups but for Sfaxien captain Anis Boujelbene it is the first in almost four years.

Midfielder Chekib Lachkhem of EGS Gafsa and striker Zouheir Dhaouadi of Club Africain are named for the first time.

Lemerre has left out several regulars, among them Mehdi Nafti of Birmingham city, from Tunisia's 1-0 win over Sudan in an African Nations Cup qualifier last month.

Goalkeepers: Ali Boumnijel (Club Africain), Hamdi Kasraoui (Esperance), Adel Nefzi (US Monastir)

Defenders: Anis Ayari (Lorient), Anis Boussaidi (Metalurg Donetsk), Wissem El Abdi (CS Sfaxien), Wissem El Bekri (Esperance), Karim Hagui (Bayer Leverkusen), Amir Haj Messaoud (CS Sfaxien), Karim Saidi (Feyenoord)

Midfielders: Tijani Belaid (Inter Milan), Chaouki Ben Saada (Bastia), Anis Boujelbene (CS Sfaxien), Chekib Lachkhem (EGS Gafsa), Abdelkarim Nafti (CS Sfaxien), Houcine Regued (Mons), Kamel Zaiem (Esperance), Chaker Zouaghi (Lokomotiv Moscow)

Strikers: Zouheir Dhaouadi (Club Africain), Tarak Ziadi (CS Sfaxien), Ali Zitouni (Esperance).
