Luton's Davis facing six months out after stroke
Luton defender Sol Davis is to undergo heart and brain scans after suffering a stroke on the team bus.
The 27-year-old is in the specialist department of the Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridgeshire after the incident, which happened on the Hatters team coach as it travelled to Ipswich on Saturday.
Manager Mike Newell told BBC Radio Five Live: 'We spoke to Sol very briefly this morning and he's making a slow recovery.
'He's in good spirits, but is just bored out of his mind.
'He is having a heart and a brain scan on Monday to look into the situation in more detail. Hopefully, in three to six months, he could make a full recovery.'
