MADRID, July 3 (Reuters) - Real Zaragoza unveiled former Spain international Juanfran as their latest close season recruit on Monday.
The 29-year-old former Celta Vigo left back, who played on loan at Ajax last season, joined the Primera Liga side on a free transfer after reaching an agreement to rescind his contract with Turkish side Besiktas.
Zaragoza have also signed Sergio Fernandez after the centre back completed his contract with Celta at the end of last season. The two players will be reunited with former Celta coach Victor Fernandez who took charge at Zaragoza last month.
The club's other leading recruit is Argentine midfielder Andres D'Alessandro who has joined the club on a season-long loan deal from German side VfL Wolfsburg.
Zaragoza finished 11th in the Primera Liga last season and lost to Espanyol in the final of the King's Cup.
