Sweden appoint scouts to World Cup opponents
England's World Cup rivals Sweden have appointed scouts to watch each of their three opponents in Germany this summer.
Thomas Lyth, Goran Goransson and Benny Lenartsson have all been involved with the national team for some time and they will play a key role in providing information for Lars Lagerback and his players on group rivals England, Paraguay and Trinidad and Tobago
'It is important for us to watch the teams live as well,' Lyth, who will follow England, told Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
'Then you get a view of the whole pitch and can study the players' intentions.'
