Lokhoff takes reins at promoted Excelsior

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, April 10 (Reuters) - Ton Lokhoff has agreed a two-year deal to coach promoted Dutch side Excelsior Rotterdam.

The 46-year-old will replace Mario Been, who will take over at NEC Nijmegen on July 1.

Lokhoff played for NAC Breda, Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven. He was sacked by Breda after a 15-year spell as player, assistant and coach.

Excelsior, Rotterdam's third team, clinched the second division title a week ago and are making their return to the top flight after a three-year absence.
