Wolfsburg's Klimowicz hit with four-match ban
BERLIN, April 4 (Reuters) - VfL Wolfsburg striker Diego Klimowicz was suspended for four matches by the German FA (DFB) on Tuesday for elbowing an opponent.
The Argentine, Wolfsurg's top-scorer, was sent off for deliberately elbowing MSV Duisburg's Thomas Baelum in Saturday's 1-1 draw.
Klimowicz will only return for the team's last two matches in their battle to avoid relegation. Wolfsburg are in 14th place, one above the drop zone -- and one point ahead of 15th place Mainz.
