Campo out for at least 10 weeks
Bolton midfielder Ivan Campo has been sidelined for at least 10 weeks after breaking his right foot in Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round win against Arsenal.
The 31-year-old Spaniard suffered the injury following a challenge by Abou Diaby which saw the 19-year-old booked.
Campo's absence means a selection headache for manager Sam Allardyce, who is without a number of key players.
El-Hadji Diouf, Jay-Jay Okocha, Abdoulaye Faye and Radhi Jaidi are away on African Nations Cup duty.
Gary Speed and Henrik Pedersen are recovering from knee and Achilles injuries. In addition Khalilou Fadiga missed the cup game with a knee problem.
Manager Sam Allardyce said: 'Ivan is going to be out for at least 10 to 12 weeks.
'I believe it is as bad if not worse than the other injury. It is the same foot on the opposite side on the big toe area, rather than the little toe.
'Hopefully if we are lucky and things go very well then we may see him at the back end of the season.'
