Vucicevic banned for six months in hair tonic case
FRANKFURT, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Nemanja Vucicevic of German second division side TSV 1860 Munich was suspended for six months on Friday after testing positive for the banned substance Finasteride.
Vucicevic, a forward from Serbia & Montenegro, tested positive after a 2-0 win over Wacker Burghausen in a league match on Nov. 4.
Club managing director Roland Kneissl blamed the positive test on a hair tonic used by the player.
The ban will run until May 19, 2006, the German Football Association said on Friday.
