Fiorentina's Federico Bernardeschi set for medical at Juventus - reports

Federico Bernardeschi Fiorentina
Federico Bernardeschi is reportedly set to join Juventus.

Fiorentina winger Federico Bernardeschi is set to join Juventus in a €40 million move, according to multiple reports in Italy.

The 23-year-old is set to have a medical in the coming days ahead of signing a five-year deal, and the move could be official as early as Monday, the reports said.

Bernardeschi enjoyed a career-best 11 league goals last term and starred for Italy at the European Under-21 Championship this summer, helping Luigi Di Biagio's side reach the semifinal stage.

He would join Douglas Costa as new wide players to move to Juventus this summer.

Reports earlier this month said Fiorentina were hoping to get about €50m for Bernardeschi, and though that hasn't happened, Sky Italia reported that the Viola will get 10 percent of any future sell-on fees.
