Vasco da Gama sign Luis Fabiano from Tianjin Quanjian

Luis Fabiano spent time at Porto, Sevilla and Sao Paulo before moving to China.

Vasco da Gama have announced the signing of former Brazil international striker Luis Fabiano from Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian.

The 36-year-old had spells at Porto, Sevilla and Sao Paulo before making the move to China, where he helped the team to the China League One title in 2016 by scoring a league-high 23 goals.

Luis Fabiano has lifted Copa America and Confederations Cup titles for his country, and was the lead striker for Brazil's 2010 World Cup campaign which ended at the quarterfinal stage.

In all, the two-time UEFA Cup winner scored 72 goals in 149 La Liga appearances, and 28 goals in 45 appearances for the Selecao over his career.
