Napoli confirm Arkadiusz Milik signing from Ajax to replace Gonzalo Higuain
Napoli have confirmed the signing of Polish forward Arkadiusz Milik from Ajax.
The 22-year-old was paraded to Napoli fans ahead of their preseason friendly against Nice on Monday night having passed a medical in the city at the weekend.
The entire first-team squad for the season was introduced one by one at the Stadio San Paolo, with Milik last to be presented, and earning one of the biggest cheers of the night.
Though details of his contract have yet to be revealed, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis later confirmed his capture in a Tweet welcoming Milik to the club.
