Juventus stars would resist Chelsea interest - Giuseppe Marotta

Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta says he is honoured Chelsea are being linked with his club's players but said there are no plans for any sales.

Former Juve boss Antonio Conte is expected to take over at Chelsea in the summer, and there have been suggestions he will pursue deals for some of his former players, including Paul Pogba.

Marotta, though, has said Pogba is "highly likely" to stay with the Bianconeri and he does not expect any other Juve players to push for an exit.

"It honours us to see our players attracting the attention of big clubs such as Chelsea, but Juventus are also a huge club," he told reporters outside the JMedical facilities, the club's new clinic located adjacent to the Juventus Stadium.

"We have players here who are committed to our project and they have no intention of moving elsewhere."

In addition to Pogba, Simone Zaza -- one of Conte's regulars for Italy, despite being frequently only on the bench at Juve -- has been linked with a move to the Blues.

Conte is also said to be keen to bring back Juan Cuadrado, who is currently on a season-long loan at Juve, and the Bianconeri may face a battle to retain the Colombian.

"We've got to talk about it with Chelsea, but our priority is to keep hold of him," Marotta said.

Giuseppe Marotta, right, does not expect Juve's players to seek a reunion with Antonio Conte at Chelsea.

Juve may be powerless to keep Alvaro Morata, though, with the Spain international's contract allowing Real Madrid to repurchase the striker in the summer.

There has been speculation that Madrid could then sell him on to Arsenal at a profit, but Marotta said: "We'll begin talks as soon as possible to try to keep him with us."

Marotta re-emphasised that he expects a contract agreement with coach Massimiliano Allegri to be a formality.

"We've got a great relationship with Allegri and our marriage is developing into a life of real happiness," he said.

"There are all the conditions for us to provide continuity to this winning cycle. We can enjoy much more satisfaction together."

Allegri, who replaced Conte as Juve boss in 2014, is currently tied to the club until 2017.
