Kostas Manolas will not be joining Roma, according to the Olimpiakos defender's agent.
Manolas, 23, has been linked with a move to the Serie A club -- as well as with Arsenal -- and is viewed as a potential replacement for Mehdi Benatia, who is reportedly set for a switch to Bayern Munich.
However, Giannis Evangelopuolos, the Greece international's representative, insists there is no truth behind the speculation that his client is on the verge of joining Rudi Garcia's side.
"The rumours of Manolas moving to Italy have been going on for months now," Evangelopuolos told TuttoMercatoWeb.
"But the truth is that there has been nothing. We haven't heard anything from Roma.
"I can say that there has been contact with other big clubs in Europe, but at the moment I won't rule out that Kostas will stay with Olimpiakos."
