World Cup Power Rankings

Can the hosts defeat Germany without Neymar? The ESPN FC crew look ahead to the semifinals and predict who they believe will advance to the World Cup final.

With four countries remaining, ESPNFC.com's editorial desks from around the world ranked the World Cup semifinalists. Here is a collated countdown.

They'll fancy their chances against depleted Brazil but can Germany end their recent semifinal hoodoo?

2. Argentina (4, 2, 4)
Are they going to win a World Cup with a series of solid, if not spectacular, victories? 

3. Netherlands (8, 4, 3)
Having squeezed past two CONCACAF challenges, can they overcome one of CONMEBOL's finest?

4. Brazil (1, 1, 1)
Does no Neymar + no Thiago Silva = no chance for the host nation?
