Juventus to poach Kingsley Coman

Kingsley Coman is a France under-19 international.

Juventus are set to sign Paris Saint-Germain youngster Kingsley Coman in a move similar to the one which saw them capture Paul Pogba from Manchester United, according to speculation in Italy.

- Transfer Talk: Suarez rumours re-emerge

The 18-year-old's current contract with PSG expires at the end of the month and the Bianconeri are believed to have agreed terms with the France under-19 international -- who has already made his Ligue 1 debut -- on a four-year deal.

When Coman's contract with the Ligue 1 champions expires the Italian club can then announce his arrival on a free transfer, Tuttosport claims.

The attacking midfielder will follow a similar route to the one taken by Pogba in 2012, who signed for Juve once his contract with United expired, having already agreed terms with the Turin outfit several months in advance.

Like Pogba was at the time, Coman is also an established France youth international, having impressed at under-17 level, where his national team coach Patrick Gonfalone was particularly enthusiastic about his prospects.

"It's been a long time since I saw such an impressive young lad," he said. "He's talented, complete and intelligent. He reads the game well and has an above-average technique. Coman can play anywhere in attack or midfield."

Juve first saw Coman in action during a Next Generation Series encounter in December 2012, while his talent has also caught the eye of PSG forward Ezequiel Lavezzi during training.

"He's a great, fast player who dribbles the ball well," Lavezzi told Sky Sport Italia. "He's obviously still very young, but I'm convinced he's got a very prosperous future ahead of him."
