AC Milan have bought the full rights of Italian midfielder Andrea Poli from Sampdoria, the Rossoneri club confirmed on Monday.
Poli joined Milan on loan from Samp last summer, with the two clubs owning 50 percent of his sporting rights.
The 24-year-old, who is under contract with Milan until 2017, scored two goals in 26 league appearances for the Rossoneri this season.
As part of Poli's permanent transfer to the San Siro outfit, Milan have sold the full rights of Poland international Bartosz Salamon to Samp.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder joined the Genoa outfit last summer on loan from Milan. Salamon made just two league appearances for Samp this season.
