Adrian Ramos is set to join Borussia Dortmund, the agent of the Hertha Berlin attacker has told Colprensa.
Ramos, who has scored 15 goals this season and is under contract until contract at Hertha until 2015, has been linked with a switch to Borussia Dortmund for several months.
Borussia Dortmund are seeking a replacement for Bayern Munich-bound forward Robert Lewandowski, who has signed a contract at Bayern and will join the Bundesliga leaders on a free transfer in the summer.
“There is a big chance that Adrian joins Dortmund,” Ramos' agent Helmut Wennin was quoted by Bild as telling the Colombian news wire Colprensa. “I prefer that the official announcement is made by the clubs.”

In early March, Ramos, for the first time since November 2011, featured for the Colombia national team in their recent 1-1 draw against Tunisia.
That day, the 28-year-old missed a last-gasp chance to hand Colombia the 2-1 victory, when his shot went past Tunisia keeper Farouk Ben Mustapha but also the wrong side of the goal post.
Earlier this season, Dortmund coach Juergen Klopp praised the Berlin attacker: “He has been an extraordinary player for years. And now that also shows in the stats. It’s difficult to play against him, he is very agile on the pitch.”
Dortmund have already announce the signing of Ji Dong-Won, who is set to join BVB from FC Augsburg on a free in the summer.
Since signing for Augsburg from FC Sunderland in the winter, the South Korea international has made eight Bundesliga appearances, but only started twice.
