De Bruyne leaves Chelsea

Belgium international Hazard, 23, has been linked with a move back to France with PSG after making his name in Ligue 1 with Lille.

However, Jose Mourinho had earlier said there was “no chance” Hazard will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge, and the winger has now insisted he has no interest in moving on.

“Every transfer window in the last four years, they have said I will go here or go there,” Hazard, who joined the Blues in 2012, told Telefoot. “That was the case when I was at Lille.

“Paris is a name that comes up frequently in the speculation, because it is a club that has money -- a big club -- but I am at Chelsea, I play all the time, and I like it here.

“There is no chance that I will leave in this winter transfer window. Even in the summer I do not want to leave. I am happy here. I think this is the best place for me to progress.”
