Mesut Ozil has been encouraged by Arsenal's start to the season and is hopeful they can maintain their form as they look to land silverware.
Ozil, 24, is currently preparing for Germany's last two 2014 World Cup qualifiers, with his nation looking to book their place at Brazil with a result against Ireland on Friday.
At club level, the Gunners have not lost a game since Ozil’s 42.5 million pounds arrival from Real Madrid and are currently top the Premier League table as well as their Champions League group -- and the playmaker believes the best is yet to come.
"I am delighted we top the table. But we also know that the season is still very long. To talk about winning the league would be too early. The current table is nothing more than a snapshot," Ozil told the DFB's official website. "We will continue to play every game with our full concentration, we will try to get better as a team. If we can do that, we have a great chance to achieve a lot. I will give it my all."
Ozil, who came through Schalke's famous Knappenschmiede youth academy, has now played in three of Europe's biggest leagues. "For me the Premier League is the strongest league in the world," Ozil said, before praising the "competitiveness" of the division.
"Every match is a challenge and the games are very intense," he said. "I believe, I can profit from that. The atmosphere in the stadium is also striking, the support of the fans, also of the away fans, is impressive."
Ozil is a part of the ever growing German contingent at Emirates Stadium with Thomas Eisfeld, Serge Gnabry, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski all currently plying their trade in North London.
"For many reasons that is a real help for me," Ozil said. "I must admit, my English is still not up to standards, I need to work on that. Because of that it’s important for me that so many people speak German at Arsenal."
He added: "The system is different here. It’s hard to 100 percent judge the strength and abilities of the teammates and the opposing players. That it has worked for me, is also down to my teammates. They are looking for me on the pitch, they trust me, feed me with balls and respond to my ideas."
