'Romelu Lukaku Juve link unsurprising'
Everton manager Roberto Martinez admits it is no shock that Juventus have been linked with a move for Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgium international striker has scored three goals in two Premier League games since arriving on a season’s loan from Chelsea on September 2.
The 20-year-old, who hit 17 goals in 20 Premier League starts while on loan at West Brom last season, said on his arrival at Goodison Park that he felt he deserved a chance at Chelsea.
Martinez confirmed on Monday that there was no recall clause in Lukaku’s loan deal, but Juventus are reportedly interested in signing him next summer.
Asked about that link, the Everton manager said: "That’s the first time I’ve heard it, but it doesn’t surprise me. I think what matters is that he is enjoying his football.
"I thought his away debut was impressive. I thought the home debut was exciting to watch.
"From the warm-up, you could see the warmth towards him from the fans, and that would have made a massive difference to how Rom was feeling at the start of the game.
"His understanding and relationship with the players around him was very pleasing.
"But it’s only the start. He’s still a very young man and we’re really looking forward to seeing him go from strength to strength."
Lukaku is set to face his Belgium captain Vincent Kompany on Saturday as Everton defend the Premier League’s last remaining unbeaten record when they visit Manchester City.
The striker is relishing the prospect of getting one over on Kompany, telling the Liverpool Echo: "I want to prove to everyone that I can be the boss.
"I hope we can go without defeat for the international break with Everton and then we’ll see what happens there."
