Falcao scoffs at bizarre age reports

Radamel Falcao has dismissed "ridiculous" reports that he is two years older than his listed age.

Falcao, who moved from Atletico Madrid to Monaco earlier this summer, is listed as 27 years of age.

However, reports in South America claim the Colombian is actually 29; a statement the striker laughed off.

Falcao expressed his surprise on his Twitter page: "I have been surprised with stories in the media about my age.

"They are totally ridiculous. I want to deny this and end this issue once and for all."
