Honduras moves through to the next stage of the Gold Cup after a late Jorge Claros winner stole a 1-0 victory over El Salvador.
Both sides shoed some entertaining football throughout the match, but neither country could make the breakthrough in normal time.
But with 90 second already played in added on time at the end of the match, Claros broke the offside trap and calmly beat goalkeeper Dagoberto Portillo.
The win gave Honduras a perfect six points from two games and sole spot at the top of Group B
Meanwhile, Haiti has broken through for their first win of this year's Gold Cup with a 2-0 victory over Trinidad and Tobago.
French based striker Jean-Eudes Maurice was the hero for Haiti in the all-Caribbean match, scoring two goals either side of half-time to condemn Trinidad and Tobago to the bottom of Group B.
Maurice scored his first goal on the 16th minute mark, before doubling his tally, and his country's advantage, eight minutes after the restart.
Stoke City's Kenwyne Jones came closest to scoring for Trinidad and Tobago, but his second-half header came crashing back off the bar.
