Cesc: Barca exit talk is 'absurd'

Cesc Fabregas has described rumours that he could be on his way out of Barcelona in the summer as ‘absurd’.

Cesc Fabregas
Cesc Fabregas says he is 'delighted' to play for Barcelona.

The 26-year-old has only been back at his boyhood club for two years after returning from a spell in London with Arsenal.

Speculation has linked the Spain international with a move back to the Premier League with champions Manchester United.

However, Fabregas has insisted he is ‘delighted’ to be playing for the Spanish champions.

"I've always said I'm delighted at Barca," he told Marca. "Whoever says I'm leaving doesn't know me and has never talked to me or my agent, because he knows I don't want him to talk with other peolple about me.

“I'm very private and don't talk about those issues, even with my family.

"If anybody says something different than that I want to play for Barcelona, that's absurd"
