Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma has revealed the Blues will begin negotiations with PSV Eindhoven this week as he seeks a move to the Dutch club.
Bruma, 21, joined Chelsea as a 16-year-old in 2007 but has failed to break through to the first team and spent the last two seasons on loan at Bundesliga outfit Hamburg.
The Netherlands international failed to secure a permanent deal in Germany but PSV are keen to sign the youngster and the chance to improve his chances of a World Cup berth for the Oranje may prove too good to refuse.
Bruma has another year remaining on his Chelsea contract and is hopefuly the two clubs can strike a deal.
"Yes I want to join PSV," he told Voetbal International. "This week we will open the negotiations. First PSV had to talk with Chelsea, after that it's my turn."
