AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is set for showdown talks with Massimiliano Allegri on Wednesday to discuss the coach's future at the San Siro.
Despite a troubled start, Milan's season ended with a flourish as Allegri guided the club to third spot in Serie A, securing them a place in next season's Champions League in the process.
However, the Rossoneri boss' future still remains up in the air, with recent criticism from club owner Silvio Berlusconi leading to speculation that a move to Roma could be in the pipeline.
"I will listen to Allegri on Wednesday, understand what he wants to do and then together with the president we will make a decision in light of what the coach thinks,'' Galliani said.
Allegri, who has led Milan to first, second and third-place finishes in his three seasons at the club, has one year left on his current contract.
