PARIS -- Paris Saint-Germain has extended its sponsorship deal with Emirates airline for another five years.
The new deal runs until June 2018 and Emirates will continue to feature as the main sponsor on the club's jersey.
No financial details of the agreement were given by club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi at a news conference Friday, but it is reportedly among the biggest in European football.
Al-Khelaifi says "there's a lot things changing at the club, (we're) becoming an international club," adding that the deal will help to promote the club's image abroad.
PSG secured a third league title last weekend, with Marseille finishing in second place.
The last two games are at home to Brest on Saturday and away to Lorient on May 26.
