Ancelotti undecided over PSG future

Paris Saint-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti insists he will make a decision on his future when the season is over, despite reports the Italian told his players that he will remain at the Parc des Princes next season prior to Sunday's 1-1 draw with Valenciennes.

French station RMC Radio reported that Ancelotti confirmed he will stay at the club, contrary to claims from Fifa agent Ernesto Bronzetti on Sky Sport Italia earlier in the day that the manager is hopeful of joining Real Madrid.

Ancelotti failed to reveal where he will coach next season and has refused to make a decision until PSG wrap up the Ligue 1 title.

"I have not spoken with the players. There will be a meeting with the club at the end of the season. [My decision] will also be made at the end of the season," Ancelotti said.

PSG will have to wait until next week to be crowned champions for the first time in 19 years, despite defender Alex salvaging a late draw for the hosts.

Captain Thiago Silva was sent off shortly before half-time after protesting the bookings of Jeremy Menez and Clement Chantome as he appeared to make contact with referee Alexandre Castro.

Ancelotti suggested the officials' decisions influenced the result.

"Statistically, the team that has the most possession is the team that accrues the least amount of cards. And here we are - the team that has the most possession and were shown the most cards," he said.

"We reversed the statistics, but we remain strong. The referees are very strict, especially against us. I cannot be angry with Thiago Silva."
