FC Tokyo have re-signed striker Tadanari Lee on loan from Southampton.

Lee, best remembered for his winning goal against Australia in the 2011 Asian Cup final, moved to Southampton in January 2012 after stints with Kashiwa Reysol and Sanfrecce Hiroshima.

The 27-year-old scored his debut goal for the Saints in a 4-0 drubbing of Derby County last February but a foot injury has kept him out of the side since the following month.

He picked up an injury in pre-season but returned to score in Sothampton's 4-1 Capital One Cup win at Stevenage. He has not played in the Premier League though has been an unused substitute in the top flight.

'Chung' will return to Southampton ahead of the 2013-14 season.
