Fulham announced the move on their official website and said they had the option to sign the right-back, 29, for a further two years.

Manolev started his career with Pirin 1922 before moving to Litex Lovech, for whom he scored the winning goal in the 2008 Bulgarian National Cup final.

He signed for PSV in summer 2009, and joins AC Milan's Urby Emanuelson in moving to Fulham.
