Manchester City have signed Ghanaian striker Godsway Donyoh from the Right to Dream Academy in his native country.
The Premier League champions have immediately loaned Donyoh, 18, to Swedish club Djurgardens IF for the rest of the season.
The player has been training with the Stockholm club whose manager, Magnus Pehrsson, said: “This is a player we quickly took a liking to.
“The combination that Donyoh is a talented player who fits into our style of play and that Manchester City believes in him makes him an interesting addition to our squad.”
The Right to Dream Academy is a registered charity that provides underprivileged Ghanaian footballers with the opportunity to take part in elite training programmes.
