Roy Hodgson has included Ashley Cole, Leon Osman and Chris Smalling in his England squad for the friendly against Brazil.
Chelsea defender Cole, 32, is in line to earn his 100th international cap in the game at Wembley on Wednesday, February 6.
Everton midfielder Osman retains his place from the squad which was lost 4-2 against Sweden in Stockholm in October, while Manchester United's Smalling resumes his international career following a one-year absence due to injuries.
Only two goalkeepers are named, Joe Hart and Jack Butland, due to injuries to Norwich's John Ruddy and Celtic's Fraser Forster.
Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Zaha who were included in the senior England squad against Sweden drop back down to the under-21 squad for their game with Sweden.
The match is the first in a series of Wembley fixtures to celebrate The FA's 150th anniversary year in 2013, with Republic Of Ireland and Scotland to follow in May and August respectively.
