Premier Showdown - Dec 15-17

Tommy Smyth storms to victory by smashing the record score for the season so far - and he's now odds on to be top at Christmas! The Rest of the World are still trying to pull themselves off the foot of the table, and taking on the responsibility this weekend is Chris Matthews who comes from, Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada. Chris tells us: "I am a 61-year-old Tottenham supporter and have been since 1960. I am self employed and have been so for 27 years. Playing with style is as important as the win, if not more so. "Loved them last year with Modric, Van der Vaart and Parker. This year they are more laboured and less fluid, and miss Modric in particular. Like Dembele and Vertonghen not so sure about Naughton and Dempsey." Game on!

For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take on Press Pass' Tommy Smyth and ESPN journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.

It seems like there's no stopping Tommy Smyth as he storms to yet another victory - he's now guaranteed to be top at Christmas.
