Thomas Muller has written off Borussia Dortmund's hopes of defending their Bundesliga crown and labelled Bayer Leverkusen as Bayern Munich's main title rivals.
Bayern have led the way at the top of the table all season with some devastating displays and will be top going into the winter break. After the latest round of games, which saw Bayern win 2-0 at Augsburg and Dortmund slip to a 3-2 defeat at home to Wolfsburg, Jurgen Klopp's side lie 14 points off the pace.
And Muller, who scored Bayern's opener from the penalty spot insists there is no way back for Dortmund now. "If I were a Dortmund player, I would not be talking about the title anymore with 14 points to make up," he said. "Leverkusen are now our main rivals."
Bayern's win put them 11 points clear at the Bundesliga summit, although Leverkusen do have a game in hand. Muller says that any thoughts of the title race being over yet must be dispelled though.
"We must not let our big advantage let us lapse," he added.
