Zaha to cost at least £20 million

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha will cost at least £20 million should any potential suitors want to prise him away, according to club co-chairman Steve Parish.

Zaha, 19, is considered one of the hottest young talents in England to play his football outside of the Premier League and has been linked with moves to Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham.

Palace have always insisted they want to keep their star player and Parish has now revealed that they are not prepared to lose him on the cheap.

"He is an extraordinary talent," Parish said. "I said at the start of the season that keeping hold of Wilf would be like spending a lot of money on transfer.

"Other sides can fly their kites but it would take £20m before we even got interested.

"He has got the lot, provided he keeps his feet on the ground and continues working so hard on his game - then it will all come."

Zaha, who was named the Football League's Young Player of the Year in March, has hit four goals in 12 appearances for Palace this season.
