Former Real Madrid star Robinho has told his fellow Brazil international Neymar to join Madrid's arch-rivals Barcelona if he is to enjoy success in Spain.
Speaking to the website of Brazilian sports daily Lance, Robinho, 28 - who played for Real Madrid between 2005 and 2008 - said the Catalans were the best option for Santos star Neymar.
"If he wants to leave Santos to enjoy the experience in La Liga, I advise him to choose Barcelona not Real Madrid," the Milan striker said.
"It would be better, as Brazilians have always done well in the Blaugrana colours. If wants to become the best player in the world, he will have to leave Brazil."
