France striker Kevin Gameiro is ready to fight for his place at Paris Saint-Germain following the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Gameiro, 25, found himself on the bench for the Ligue 1 opener last weekend and played only 16 minutes of the 2-2 draw with Lorient but he has no interest in moving on.
"Everything can go fast in football but I'm Parisian and prepared to give everything for this shirt," he told RMC radio. "I feel good in Paris and I want to stay for the moment."
Gameiro is in direct competition with Ibrahimovic but he added: "It doesn't change a lot to me. He is a great player and it's always good to play with such players - you can only improve.
"We just need to welcome him. He is super cool with us."
Meanwhile, L'Equipe reports that playmaker Nene, who had been seeking another club, is finally set to stay at PSG.
Paris also finally welcomed Brazil centre-back Thiago Silva to training on Friday morning. The former AC Milan player had been representing his country at the London Olympics and then in Wednesday's friendly win over Sweden.
