Dzeko wants Milan move - agent

Out-of-favour Manchester City forward Edin Dzeko would "love to play" for AC Milan according to his agent, Sead Susic.

Dzeko, 26, has been linked with a move to Milan for some time, but speculation has increased in recent days since Rossoneri striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic came close to finalising a move to Paris St Germain.

The striker's representative confirmed discussions have taken place over a move, with updates to come in the coming days.

"Edin would love to play in Serie A and with the Rossoneri," Susic told spaziomilan.it. "A move to AC Milan is more than possible. There have been discussions and they are continuing. Let's see what will happen in the coming days.

"After the departure of Ibrahimovic, Dzeko would be an ideal replacement and it would be a wonderful experience, but we are waiting to see what happens. Is there a 70% chance that he ends up at Milan? Maybe."

Dzeko has struggled for first team football at Etihad Stadium in recent times, with Carlos Tevez, Sergio Aguero and Mario Balotelli all ahead in the pecking order. The Bosnia international is thought to be keen on a summer move in search of regular playing time.
