Centre-back Matt Mills has completed his move from Leicester City to Bolton Wanderers.
Mills, 25, has signed a three-year contract with Bolton, who were relegated to the Championship last season, after an undisclosed fee was agreed with Leicester.
The defender joined the Foxes from Reading in 2011 and went on to make 25 Championship appearances at the King Power Stadium.
Bolton boss Owen Coyle said of his new signing: "Matt is a player who has a high level of experience in the Championship. We are delighted to have made this acquisition as he adds strength and quality into the mix.
"He is 25 years old and has already captained teams at this level, so we know what he will bring to the squad, both on and off the pitch."
