Alexandre Pato has signalled his intention to remain at AC Milan until the expiry of his contract in 2014.
Pato, 22, arrived at Milan from Internacional in 2007 and, though he has shown himself to be a player of genuine class, he has struggled with injuries and there has been speculation he could move on.
Paris Saint-Germain have expressed an interest in signing the Brazil international, and a deal was said to have been close to completion in January, but the forward is determined to spend the next two years with the Rossoneri.
"My priority is to finish my contract in Milan," he told Press Association Sport. "I have a lot to thank them for and my focus is to continue doing what I do, to bring joy to the fans in Milan and continue my contract until 2014, and then afterwards, who knows?"
Pato, who is set to play for Brazil at the Olympic Games in London, suggested he would be open to a move to the Premier League in the future.
"I love English football," he said. "I have friends who play for Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United. At the moment I have a real taste for playing in the UK, being in London with one month to go before the Olympics."
