Norwich City have handed goalkeeper John Ruddy a new four-year contract after a fine season that saw him play his way into England contention.
Ruddy, 25, had been named in England's provisional squad for Euro 2012 before a broken finger ruled him out of the competition.
Norwich also confirmed that they have a further option to retain the highly-rated stopper until 2017.
"I'm delighted. I have never wanted to leave Norwich since I've been here," Ruddy told the club's official website. "I've had a great two years so far, and I can't wait to be a part of it for the next four years.''
