Veteran striker Filippo Inzaghi has intimated that he would consider signing for Fiorentina.
Inzaghi, 38, is available on a free transfer after failing to get his contract renewed by AC Milan and is currently taking his coaching badges in Florence.
And when the former Italy striker, who is second on the list of all-time leading scorers in European competition with 70 goals, was asked whether he would like to extend his illustrious career with La Viola, he did not rule out the possibility.
"I came here to enjoy the beauty of Florence and also take part in the coaching course at Coverciano [The Italian FA headquarters]," he told CalcioNews24.
"The future? My agent has presented several offers that I've received, but we haven't really discussed it in depth yet. "Fiorentina? As I said, Florence is a splendid city. We'll see what happens."
