Coach Remi Garde will hold talks with Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas later this week to discuss his future at the club.
Garde's contract with Les Dogues, who clinched the Coupe de France on Saturday, expires at the end of this season but any talks over an extension will take place after Wednesday's clash with Valenciennes.
He told L'Equipe: "Before the match, I don't want him to read (my thoughts) in the newspaper. Otherwise, it is no hardship to meet with him.
"I have considered everything, Saturday's win as well. Everybody is proud of the club, myself more so than anyone. Is my stock high now? It's not for me to judge.''
Garde also revealed defender Dejan Lovren's participation in Euro 2012 with Croatia has been called into question by the foot injury he suffered in the Stade de France victory over third-tier US Quevilly.
Lovren will be in plaster for a fortnight and is set to miss the remainder of the domestic season.
"It's quite an unusual injury so it is unclear how long it will take him to recover," Garde continued. "But it will be close (for the Euros)."
