Eintracht bounce back

Eintracht Frankfurt won promotion back to the Bundesliga after winning 3-0 at rock-bottom Alemannia Aachen.

Two goals either side of half-time from Cameroon international Mohammadou Idrissou set the Eagles on their way and an own goal from Seyi Olajengbesi 18 minutes from time sealed the victory.

The win saw Eintracht climb to the top of the 2.Bundesliga standings, level on 68 points with Greuther Furth, who have already earned promotion.

Third-placed Fortuna Dusseldorf are eight points behind the leading pair with two games remaining.

Eintracht were relegated from the top flight last season after losing four of their last five matches to finish in 17th spot.
