Toronto wait for point goes on

Toronto FC are still waiting for their first point of the new season after they were beaten 3-2 at home to the Chicago Fire.

The Canadian side slumped to their sixth successive defeat despite leading 2-1 just before half-time.

Reggie Lambe struck twice on 37 and 40 minutes to fire Toronto ahead after Dominic Oduro's first-minute opener.

But they held onto their advantage for just a minute as Gonzalo Segares immediately levelled before Patrick Nyarko inflicted yet another defeat with 58 minutes gone. Victory for the Fire moved them up to fourth in the Eastern Conference.
